Sign up with your email and a 6-digit verification code, or continue with Google in one tap. No card, and never your bank login.

Set your currency and categories
Onboarding asks for your currency and whether you track personal money, business money or both. Sensible default categories are created for you — rename or add your own any time.

Log entries in seconds
Tap the add button, enter an amount, pick a category and tag it personal or business. Add a note or a receipt photo when the detail matters. Entries sync across every device you sign in on.

Scan a receipt instead of typing it
Open Scan receipt from the Add page, photograph the slip, and Rupaira reads every line item, quantity, price and a suggested category on your phone. Edit or delete anything that came out wrong, then save the whole receipt as separate expenses in one tap.

Review, budget and get reminded
Check analytics weekly to see where the money went, set budgets and savings goals, and add reminders for recurring bills so nothing is ever late.

Is Rupaira free?
Yes — creating an account and tracking your money is free. You do not need a card to sign up.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No. Rupaira never asks for bank credentials, card numbers or OTPs. You enter the amounts yourself, which is why there is no banking credential to leak.
Can I use it for both personal and business money?
That is the point. Every entry is tagged personal or business, so you can read your household spending and your business profit separately.
How does receipt scanning work?
Take a photo of a receipt and Rupaira reads it on your own device — no external AI service. It lists each item with quantity, price and a suggested category, you correct anything that looks wrong, and one tap saves every line as its own expense.
How is my data protected?
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, data is stored on managed Postgres with encryption at rest, and every table uses row-level security scoped to your user ID. You can also lock the app with a fingerprint or Face ID.
