New in Rupaira: AI Categorisation, Shareable Invoice Links and Cash Flow Runway

3 September 2026 · 5 min read

Three new Rupaira features: AI that categorises voice entries and CSV imports from your own history, one-click public invoice links you can send on WhatsApp or email, and a cash flow runway forecast for teams.

AI categorisation that learns from your own entries

Logging money is fast, but choosing a category over and over is the part people quietly stop doing. Rupaira now categorises entries for you. Speak an expense or import a CSV and the entry arrives already tagged with the right category, type and amount.

The important detail is where the accuracy comes from. Rupaira first matches new text against the categories you have used before, so your own naming — 'fuel', 'client lunch', 'studio rent' — wins over any generic guess. Only entries it cannot resolve locally are sent to the AI model, together with a small sample of your past filings as examples. That keeps categorisation personal, fast and cheap, and it improves on its own the more you log.

  • Works for voice entries and CSV imports
  • Learns your existing category names instead of imposing new ones
  • Available to every account type: salaried, freelancer, business and agency

One-click invoice links for WhatsApp and email

Sending an invoice used to mean exporting a PDF and hoping it survived the trip. Every invoice now has a Share action that creates a private public link on a unique token. Open it and the client sees a clean invoice page — number, line items, subtotal, tax, total, due date and notes — with nothing else from your account exposed.

From the same row you can push that link straight into WhatsApp, open a pre-filled email, or copy it for anywhere else. Because the link is a webpage, clients can view it on a phone without downloading anything, and you can re-send the same link after an update rather than issuing a new file.

Cash flow runway for businesses and agencies

Teams do not just need last month's total, they need to know how long the money lasts. The new Cash Flow Runway card reads your historic transactions — including everything imported from CSV — and works out average monthly income, average spend, net position and how many months of runway that implies, then charts a six-month projection.

It is deliberately based on your real trend rather than a manual forecast, so it updates as you log. You will find it on the Team page, alongside member invitations and the admin view.

Features that match how you work

Rupaira now adapts its dashboard to the account type you chose at signup. Salaried users keep a focused personal tracker. Freelancers, business owners and agencies additionally get clients and invoicing. Businesses and agencies get the team tools and runway forecast on top. Nothing irrelevant is shown, so the app stays as small as your actual workflow.

Everything described here is live now, and every core feature remains free. Sign in and the new tools appear automatically for your account type.
